  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Partial payments are non‑refundable. If your order is returned, you’ll need to place a new order.

🌎 Worldwide

  • Estimated delivery: 10–18 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Rules

  • We ship worldwide through Shiprocket International and Delhivery (India).
  • A tracking link will be sent once your order is dispatched.
  • Refunds are only issued if:
    • Your shipment is officially confirmed as lost before reaching your destination city.
    • You receive a manufacturing defective item.
  • For manufacturing defects, a clear, unedited unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Once your order reaches the destination country and city, any delivery-related issues must be resolved with Shiprocket or the assigned local courier using your tracking details.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and postal code are accurate before placing your order.
